Pay increase with passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications. Direct six-month track to team lead with pay increase. Annual performance review with potential base pay increase. Health Insurance. Work quickly and efficiently.No paid experience needed, looking for mechanical skills or home project experience. Excellent Communication skills (so you know what to do / we know what was done). Attention to detail. Ability to safely operate power hand tools (table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, nail gun). Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.In 24 hours, phone interview. In 48 hours, in-person interview.
