Immigration Attorney

Required Skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction (Arizona preferred).
• 2+ years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong focus on EB-1 and O-1 visas.
• Proven track record of successful petition filings and client representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing start-up operating in the immigration law space, focused on helping extraordinary individuals and organizations navigate complex visa processes. They are seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney with specialized expertise in EB-1 and O-1 visas. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in Arizona. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a start-up environment, bringing both legal acumen and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on EB-1 and O-1 visa petitions, including strategy development and case preparation.
• Draft and review petitions, supporting documentation, and client communications with precision and clarity.
• Advise clients (individuals and organizations) on eligibility, requirements, and best practices for successful filings.
• Collaborate with team members across operations, marketing, and client services to ensure seamless case management.
• Stay current with immigration law updates, USCIS policy changes, and evolving adjudication trends.
• Contribute to start-up growth by offering insights into process improvements, technology adoption, and client experience enhancements.
