Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at the LOL facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting and a proven ability to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document work in a computerized system .

Schedule and Interview Process:

• Shift: Mon–Fri, 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., with potential weekends. Hours subject to business needs.
• Onsite interview required.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose equipment problems and determine extent of repairs or adjustments needed.
• Maintain, adjust, repair, rebuild, and overhaul manufacturing equipment.
• Enter repair orders and maintain records of time, materials, parts, and work performed in an automated system.
• Organize, clean, and maintain the workshop area.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand maintenance and specification manuals.
• Ability to follow oral and written work instructions and prepare work orders and service records.
• Effective communication and teamwork with associates across functions.
• Physical dexterity to perform preventive maintenance on complex equipment.
• Ability to perform all duties of a mechanic’s helper without supervision.
• Fluency in reading and writing in English or Spanish due to onsite safety requirements.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Standing for the entire shift.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Exposure to production noise for the entire shift.
• Working around moving equipment regularly.
• Working in hot and cold temperatures regularly.
• Steel-toed shoes required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
