We are looking for skilled technicians to join our team in a large-scale distribution center focused on automation and growth.Your Role:As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on critical distribution center equipment and automated conveyor systems. You will play a vital role in keeping our facility operational and efficient by performing repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyor systems (belts, photo eyes, sensors), and associated automated equipment.
- Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; comfort working with various electrical controls and automated systems.
- Safety Mindset: A commitment to safety and efficiency in a large-scale warehouse environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and climbing.
- Reliability: Willingness to work in various climates and maintain an open attitude toward learning new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly using blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and hands-on diagnostic tools.
- System Maintenance: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on sorters, conveyors, labelers, and powered industrial equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Work on electrical systems, including VFDs and PLCs, and utilize your knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
- Facility Upkeep: Complete routine building repairs and maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional facility.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead major repairs and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Mentor and train team members on repairs, processes, and procedures.
