Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to provide strategic tax planning and consulting services that align with client goals.
• Identify and implement tax-saving strategies for clients, enhancing their financial well-being and business growth.
• Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and industry trends, sharing insights with the team to maintain our competitive edge.
• Manage and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their tax-related inquiries and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Conduct thorough tax research and analysis, presenting findings to support client decision-making processes and legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members to provide strategic tax planning and consulting services.

• Proven track record of identifying and implementing tax-saving strategies that enhance client financial well-being.

• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and mentoring junior accountants, fostering a culture of learning.

• Excellent communication skills to address client inquiries and provide clear, actionable tax advice.

• Proficiency in conducting thorough tax research and analysis to support client decision-making processes.

• CPA License.
